Each year since 1984, the Propeller Club has given awards for outstanding leadership and support of the Club and the maritime industry.
The awards consist of:
- Propeller Club Member of the Year, given for actions in support of the Propeller Club locally, regionally and/or internationally;
- Maritime Person of the Year, honoring an individual for his or her contributions to the maritime industry at large; and
- Propeller Club Port of the Year, honoring a local chapter of the Port for outstanding activities.
