On May 6, 2026, the International Propeller Club hosted the 42nd Annual Frank Courtenay Salute to Congress at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia, bringing together Members of Congress, maritime leaders, government officials, international guests, and Propeller Club Ports from across the United States and abroad.

During the evening, Congressman Salud Carbajal was honored in recognition of his longstanding support of the American maritime industry, the U.S.-flag fleet, and the American maritime workforce.

The evening featured remarks by International President Costis Frangoulis and First Vice President Dorothea Ioannou, as well as a keynote address by Stamatis Tsantanis, Chairman and CEO of Seanergy Maritime Holdings and United Maritime Corporation.
