IPCUS Student Information Form

Students Are Our Future

The International Propeller Club is dedicated to educating students and the public about the importance and opportunities available in the maritime industry from being at sea, shipbuilding, to maritime law.

The International Propeller Club headquarters along with our student Committee headed by Maryanne Richard, Vice President of Student Ports and our Education Committee, headed by Dr.Cheryl McCloud, are working together to bring this awareness to communities around the world.

There is no better place for students to learn about these opportunities than through the Ports of the Propeller Clubs.  There is no other organization that represents every aspect of the maritime industry then the International Propeller Club. These are your future members and leaders.

We are asking for your assistance as we embark on spreading the word.  We hope to be able to produce videos about the opportunities and feature members working in these various segments of the industry. We will help in getting funding to bring students to our meetings. We will continue to have programs specifically of interest to students.

In that regard, we would like to have you submit the name and contact information of one member of your Port who can act as a student liaison.  This person would be a point of contact between whatever relations you have with schools in your area, Propeller Club Student Ports, Sea Scouts or other groups.  This person will communicate with the group and keep them apprised of any events at the Port and what events or programs that the school is involved in.  As we prepare programs for students we would ask that you help promote them to the area programs.

Please take a few minutes to complete this form that will help us find out internationally our current relationship and support of the Maritime Student population.
