The Bylaws of the International Propeller Club were revised at the October 2012 meeting of the Club’s Board of Governors, to create an Executive Committee of eight members, rename the former Executive Committee as the Board of Directors, and rename the Board of Governors as the Port Presidents. The bylaws were further amended at the meeting of the Port Presidents in October 2014, to create the Western Europe region and make other minor changes. At the Port Presidents meeting in October 2016, the bylaws were amended to reduce the size of the board, in 2017 to create the North and Central Europe region, and in 2019 to require approval of increases or decreases in dues by the Club Presidents, creating a membership category for recent college graduates, by creating an Iberian Peninsula geographic region, and by making the bonding requirement for the Executive Vice President discretionary.
